Brian Kelly is excited to visit Minneapolis again, this time he’ll be working at Leviticus Tattoo. He will be working from April 23rd to the 1st of May. Brian Kelly will have his enormous tattoo flash collection with him and is also available to make tattoos by order, sometimes know as custom tattoos. He may even have time for simple tattoos with no preparation!
